Join us every Tuesday and Thursday and get FIT at the farm! Our resident fitness guru Dan (ex-pro footballer and fitness coach) will help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals... plus you'll have great fun too!
Our group fitness sessions offer a combination of intense cardio, abdominal blast workouts, weight training and everyone’s fave... boxercise! Guaranteed to get real results - our classes are planned to suit every level from keep-fit fanatics to beginners and people who are simply bored of the gym.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, costs £5 per person and is held right here at Waugh Brow Farm (just go to the sand area behind our car park). You don't need to book in advance - just turn up, sign in and away you go!
Q: Do I need to be fit to come along?
Nope! You can be a keep-fit fanatic wanting to try something new... or a total beginner who can't bear the thought of walking round a gym feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Our sessions are open to everyone at every level.
Q: When are the sessions held?
Weekday sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm (from 5th September 2017 onwards) – our evening sessions are a great way to switch off after a day at the office.
If our class times don’t work for you, please let us know when you’d like to train and we can arrange 121 sessions. We also plan to add additional sessions throughout the week so please tell us your suggested times!
Q: How long are the sessions and where are they held?
Each session starts on time (please don't be late!) and lasts 60 minutes. They are held right here on Waugh Brow Farm (as the title suggests...) - just head over to the sand arena behind our car park.
Q: Do I have to pay in advance or book a class?
There's no booking needed. Just turn up, sign in and away you go. Classes cost £5.00 per person – there’s no joining fee or ongoing membership because we offer a really simple ‘pay as you go’ arrangement (cash only please).
Q: What do I need to wear?
The sessions are held outside, so throw on your usual gym kit but keep a lightweight waterproof jacket with you just in case the weather isn’t on our side.
If you happen to have your own boxing gloves, please bring them with you, if you don't have any then don’t panic as we have plenty to go around.!

Any of our friendly team would be happy to answer your questions! If your doing your weekly shopping at the farm shop or relaxing in the snack shack please don’t hesitate to ask us about the fit farm!
