Q: Do I need to be fit to come along?
Nope! You can be a keep-fit fanatic wanting to try something new... or a total beginner who can't bear the thought of walking round a gym feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Our sessions are open to everyone at every level.
Q: When are the sessions held?
Evening sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm – our evening sessions are a great way to switch off after a day at the office. We also have a full boot camp session at 8am on a Saturday morning. If you're not comfortable joining our bigger classes don’t worry! Dan offers 1-to-1 sessions or 1-to-6 (max) private group training sessions at a time and place to suit you! Get more info by emailing:email@example.com
Q: How long are the sessions and where are they held?
Each session starts on time (please don't be late!) and lasts 60 minutes. They are held right here on Waugh Brow Farm (as the title suggests...) - just head over to the sand arena behind our car park.
Q: Do I have to pay in advance or book a class?
Pre-booking is essential - you can do this through our simple booking system, just download the Fit by Wix App and use our unique code C3WOM1. Classes cost £5.00 per person – there’s no joining fee or ongoing membership because we offer a really simple ‘pay as you go’ arrangement (cash only please).
Q: What do I need to wear?
In line with current regulations, hand gloves must be worn at all times. The sessions are held outside, so throw on your usual gym kit but keep a lightweight waterproof jacket with you just in case the weather isn’t on our side. If you happen to have your own boxing gloves, please bring them with you, if you don't have any then don’t panic as we have plenty to go around!
